Founded in Norwich, U CARZ began with a simple vision: to provide safe, supportive, and reliable transport for children with special educational needs. From humble beginnings with just a few vehicles, we have grown into one of the region’s leading SEND school transport providers, serving hundreds of families across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Lincolnshire.
Today, with a fleet of 250+ vehicles and a team of 80+ trained drivers and passenger assistants, we continue to put children’s safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do.

Yes. SEND school transport is our core service. We are approved providers for Norfolk County Council and Suffolk County Council, and we serve families across Lincolnshire and surrounding areas.
All our drivers and passenger assistants hold valid Enhanced DBS certificates and Norfolk County Council transport IDs. You have every right to ask to see these IDs when they arrive. If you have any concerns, please contact us straight away.
