Flexible Work Hours

  • 12 to 20 hours per week: Your weekly work schedule depends on the route allocation, typically involving split shifts during the morning and afternoon, totaling 3-4 hours per day.
  • Fully Paid Shifts: Your work hours start as soon as you are picked up from home and last until you are dropped off, all of which are fully paid.

Competitive Earnings

  • Attractive Hourly Rate: Earn between £11-£13 per hour, depending on the allocated route.

Essential Qualities and Skills

To maintain our high standards of safety and service, we expect the following from our prospective Passenger Assistants:

  • Full Enhanced DBS Check: This is mandatory to ensure the safety of our passengers.
  • Norfolk County Council Transport Badge: If necessary, we will facilitate the application process for this badge.
  • PATS Training Certificate: We provide training to help you acquire this certificate if you don’t already have it.
  • First Aid Qualification: Necessary training will be provided to help you gain this qualification if required.
