U CARZ is a trusted specialized SEND school transport provider, working in partnership with Norfolk County Council and Suffolk County Council. We are actively seeking qualified and experienced training providers to deliver essential courses to our team of drivers and passenger assistants. Partnering with us means contributing to the safety and wellbeing of children with special educational needs — a responsibility we take great pride in.
Support Child Safety: Your training directly ensures that our staff are fully equipped to safely transport children with special educational needs.
Ongoing Demand: With a growing team of 250+ drivers and passenger assistants, we have continuous training requirements throughout the year.
Established Network: Work alongside a reputable, council-approved transport provider in Norfolk and Suffolk.

We are looking for accredited training providers who can deliver the following courses:
Driver Safeguarding Courses: Comprehensive safeguarding training tailored for drivers transporting children and vulnerable passengers.
Safeguarding Training: Specialist safeguarding courses designed for passenger assistants working with children with special educational needs.
First Aid Courses: Certified first aid training, including paediatric first aid, to ensure our team can respond to emergencies.
Driving Assessments: Professional driving assessments to evaluate and maintain high driving standards across our fleet.
To partner with U CARZ as a training provider, we expect the following:
Accredited Courses: All training must be fully accredited and meet relevant industry and council standards.
Relevant Experience: Proven experience delivering training in safeguarding, first aid, or driver assessments.
DBS Checked: All trainers must hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate.
Insurance & Compliance: Appropriate professional liability insurance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Flexibility: Ability to deliver training at our premises or approved locations across Norfolk and Suffolk.

I’ve been with this company for a couple of years now and they really are a lovely company to work for, I have two young children and if for what ever reason I’m not able to go in they get it covered with no grief or hassle. I would highly recommend people looking them up if your looking to go back into work especially if you have young kids it works well and you get holidays off aswell so no stress of child care in and around all the school holidays 🙂
